I did give too much personal info and card number to an operator who sounded like she was overseas. I felt uneasy afterwards and went on Medifast website to find that the telephone number on website different from the email - the numbers had been re-arranged.
The Medifast website operator said she would make a note about the number on email being wrong. I hope she did. I canceled my credit card and am in the process of having it replaced. Please be aware of the emails sent to you from Medifast - someone purposely rearranged the Medifast phone number. Order only from the website.

I like that Medifast took back the items we determined we didn't like and replaced them with new ones we selected.
